Client and Creator Account Responsibilities

Creators joining our network are responsible for the accounts and content they submit and for ensuring they have the right to post the content assigned to them. Any activity conducted under your account or on your behalf is your responsibility. If you believe your account or campaign has been compromised or misused, you must notify us immediately.

Campaign Fees, Billing, and Payments

Campaign management fees, performance bonuses, and any account acquisition costs are agreed upon before a campaign begins and presented in the applicable proposal or invoice. By engaging our services, you authorize us to invoice and collect the agreed fees. All fees are non-refundable once a campaign has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may adjust pricing or campaign terms for future engagements with reasonable notice. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of campaign services or delayed delivery of results/reporting.

Creators in our network are compensated according to the terms of the specific campaign they participate in, and payment is contingent on campaign completion, content approval, and adherence to campaign guidelines.

Clients retain ownership of the content, brand materials, and campaign data they provide to us. Creator account information (e.g., usernames, follower counts, platform data) is used solely to evaluate fit for campaigns and coordinate execution. Content Ownership and Usage Rights

Clients retain ownership of the underlying content they provide for clipping and distribution. By submitting content to us, clients grant Clip Flow and its network of creators a limited license to edit, clip, and distribute that content across social platforms for the purposes of the agreed campaign. Clip Flow's own systems, processes, branding, and materials (including this website) remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Platform Compliance

Clip Flow's services involve posting content across third-party platforms (including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube). Clients and creators acknowledge that all activity remains subject to the terms of service of those platforms, and Clip Flow is not responsible for account suspensions, content removal, or policy enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms that are outside of our control.
